- Act as the primary technical contact, deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem solving solutions for collegues;
- Communicate with collegues to determine root cause of issues and provide recommendations and direction for successful resolution;
- Monitor all communication channels for collegue queries;
- Support and demonstrate commitment to quality principles and ensure timely resolution;
- Effectively communicate technical issues in a clear and concise manner, over chat, email and phone;
- Administer the Company FAQ section and adds new solutions to the solutions database;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience in Windows based environment;
- Good command of English;
- Experience in MS SQL development;
- Experience in network administration and troubleshooting;
- Good knowledge of Javascript and PHP;
- General knowledge of accountancy;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Experience with internet based applications, such as web browsers, google apps, will be greatly beneficial.
